Freshly Baked Brekker
I’ve been on a kitchen kick lately and buying random items from the Red Man shop in Bedok on a whim… I have been trying specifically to find a recipe which uses cinnamon powder.
This was combined with the urge to see something rise in the oven.
So I wanted to bake something fluffy – not cookies or tarts. I’m not ambitious enough for cake either, or rather I’m not keen on making buttercream And frosting a cake with it. So that left me with… cupcakes (sans frosting) or muffins. To be honest, I tried both.
