Smoked Jelly

I bought paper cupcake liners and worked without a muffin tin (because they were completely sold out! woot!) and made me some cupcakes! I’ve been eating these for breakfast too…

I followed a recipe for Cream cheese chocolate cupcakes here. I halved the  chocolate chips and sugar given previous experiences, and they turned out loverrrlly. Mine aren’t quite so purrty as the ones pictured on the recipe page… But I think they must at least be as delicious.

Being a cheese monster and a chocolate addict all at once, this recipe was too irresistable for me to try! and I am going to have to keep making these now because of my constant cravings.

My sis described them as cheater cupcakes because there really isn’t that much cake per se inside them. Instead, lots of cream cheese and chocolate (!) well who’s going to complain about that.

On the other hand. I really need to get a muffin tin. Using the liners alone makes the bottom and edges of the cupcakes a little too tough and dry.
